Vipassana Meditation Introduction

                   Vipassana meditation was started by late guruji sri Satyanarayana Goenka ji in india approx 1960. They had learned Vipassana from his guru late sri saiyaji uba khin from srilanka (Berma). He was also a big administrator in sri lanka.  He had made a meditation room in his office and start practicing vipassana to his pupil.

                   There is a big story behind this metting with Sri Goenkaji  and sri Uba Khin ji. Guruji Goenkaji was a big businessman in Sri Lanka. His faimily went to Sri Lanka very before for business purpose and living there from a long time.

                   Our Guruji Goenkaji got a serious disease of  migraine. So he had consult many more doctor across the country. but he haven`t cure and he have to taken regularly Morphia Injection.

                    And doctor had clearly understand him this this injection is dangerous for your health. Then someone had advised to goenkaji to contact with sri uba khin ji. then he had started practicing of vipassana with Guruji Uba Khin and after sometime his disease will disappear. 

                   Then guruji ubakhin had said to guruji goenkaji that Vipassana meditation is made by indian origin and in a very crucial period in Verma Indian government had given lots of benifit to sri Lanka government.

                 So its time that you should return the technique of this meditation to indian public and compensate indian debt on Sri Lanka government, because indian people are forget this technique, So that he had came in india and spread this technique. 

                  Last important thing is that there are also two types of Buddism. One is controlled by sri Dalai Lama in which process is idol worship But in Vipassana Meditation here idol worship is not allowed. Both are called Buddhism.

Vipassana Meditation Course

                         Vipassana will gives you physical  mindfulness and spiritual benefits if you did correctly. This course is conducted for minimum 10 days for adults. Here you will have to maintain noble silence to first  9 days. At morning 10th day silence will be stop and meditator can talk with each other.
                     
                        Vipassana primary technique is to focusing on breath. Vipassana meditation is also well known as a technique to reduce stress and anxiety.                       
                       
                        Here all the fooding and lodging are totally free of cost. Here everything you will get information that how and why should practice meditation and what is its benifit. This course is conducted for minimum 10 days for adults.
                   
                      Children course are only for three days. Vipassana is very much necessary for school going teenagers at present scenario.So that some of the schools are promoting their student for participate in vipassana meditation.
 
                        In our state government had also allowed to leave for attend vipassana course for own employees. After complete the course you should regularly practice it morning and evening 1 hour.
       
                         This is suitable for anyone either teenagers, mature and old age. Girls and women also take part in Vipassana. There are lots of the Vipassana centre available at most of the city in India. This  is taught by free of cost.
 
                          You can give voluntary donation at the end of course it will depend upon your wish. Here no one will pressurise to you for donation.
