1.For weight loss and fit Health you will have to drink 1.25 litre water early morning without floushing your mouth. Second task you will not eat dinner after 6 pm in evening. These two task is most important factor health wealthy and wise life. 

2. Non-veg is not suitable for every person. It would be better that you should be vegetarian if you want to stay healthy wealthy and wise. If you are vegetarian then you have very few chances to get chronic disease like. BP. Sugar. Diabetes and any type of cancer etc

3. Always awake at 04 to 05 A.M early regularly and do some physical and mental exercise. 

4. Please stop any type of market packed food item and non veg.

5. Please don’t take dinner. It would be better to take liquid drink like milk or juice. 

6. For stay fit you should ride bicycle and less use of bike or car. 

7. You can also chew green leaf like Guava. Neem. Amla( Awnla). Mango new leaf. Jamun etc in the morning.

8. For any internal disease not take any medicine at first or second day. Most of the internal disease may be cure after first or second day without any treatment. God had already create a doctor in your body. which treatement is always going on.

9. All allopathic medicine have own side effect so be alert from allopathic medicine. 

10. Firstly try to cure any disease with naturopathy.  Ayurveda and homeopathy.  you can get cure from approx 80% disease. If your doctor is knowledgeable ( but it depends upon your luck).

11. Allopathic medicine is only suitable for accidental case or surgery cases. If there is necessary for some disease we will have to use allopathic. We can’t denied to allopath.

12. At present scenario its impossible to opt only one medicine or pathy it should be depends upon patient situation. So it may be dangerous that always use only one pathy like Allopath or Homeopath or Aaurveda or Naturopathy. 

13. We should not burnt any TB patient dead body. Their cremation exhaust all surrounding people will be infected. So we should dig up soil and suppress to TB patient. 

14. We should much more focus on mental exercise in comparison to physical exercise. But unfortunately most of the people are running in opposite direction.

17. Earth is a big source of earthing.  So always try to walk on the ground without any footwear. This will maintain your body earthing. If you get up good health.

18. Never use dinning table for food intake.  Your body will be hanging on dinning table and disturb in food digestion. So always eat on ground floor with relax and piece mind.

21. God had created whole world and all human body. So he had also already  injected medicine  automatically in our body. so in some disease you feel that this will automatically disappear , if you don`t take any type of medicine.

22. If you compare the teeth of man and non-veg eater animal then you will found a great difference. God had created a separate type of teeth for non veg eater animal. I mean to say that Non- veg is not suitable for man. 

23. If we consume non-veg . No doubt some of the person haven`t found any difficulty at present. But some of the person get constipation and certainly their blood pressure will increase . And he will get lots of disease in future.   

24.  1.If  you are taking sound sleep of 6 to 8  hours 2. you are feeling hunger and food taste. 3. You can easily do your urination and  stool. 4. You feel thrust . (This four points are the parameters of good health without any clinical laboratory.) Then you are fully fit and healthy . You haven’t need any type of medicine . Let’s enjoy your life
