                    It’s the beauty of the creator (GOD) . It’s a very crucial and painful period for our mother’s and sister’s. Those women and sisters haven’t got Periods by the GOD , then they are called baanjh (not capable for conceive) in our society.
 
                     In our country India women and girl are as much shameful  that they don`t like to talk about periods  with own family member like mother, father, sister, brother and even husband, talk with doctor is very far away talk.
 
                     Now our country situation is going to some how change that  our government is talking initiative to educate on this subject to our teenagers in school classes from leady teacher. So ours sisters and mothers are going to alert and maintaining cleaning to own body during means.
 
                     Woman are also playing an important role in increasing our generation by this process. Otherwise it was not possible that we can enhance our generation. So that in our culture woman are called Laxhmi (goddes). we can`t imagine our survival without woman on earth.
                     In our country our most of the veteran actor Mr Akshay kumar made a film on this isue to educate our mothers and sisters.  In ancient time  our mothers and sisters was used cotton cloth during perios. Now situation is very much good. Lots of medicine available for periods pain.       
 
                        In our Indian tradition says that womens should not sleep with husband during mens. Because during periods women are unpure. So that  i want to come in light to this main point.

                       Its lots of symptoms like cramping pain in stomach and waist, irritation and irritable mood, tiredness and weakness, headache, pain or swelling in breast. Symptoms may be varry from person to person.

                  My Point is that You should use very little quantity of  water at the time of period in any form. (This means you shuldn`t wash cloth and kitchen utensils) and never bath during periods and other activities with water. You should clean up your body through wet cloth in case of your wish.

                  Never do any type of exercise pranayam and yoga during mens. You can only walk if your body allows it. After  period time yoga will also reduce your period pain .

                   So every girls and womans should do yoga  for reducing periods pain. From above mentioned precautions your 75% percent problems in your body will disappear and you can stay healthy during mens and after mens.
