Why Exercise

                         Exercise is necessary for all. But this will depend upon your body structure. If you are a fatty body then you will have to do more work out in comparison to slim body. My personal observation is that only body exercise is not appropriate for our better health.

                        You will also have to control upon our food. Second most important point is that you will have to do a strong determination that I will have to make a good health. After than your workout will be continued for your whole life. 

                        The best exercise time is early in the morning. But in jym trainer will suggest you to do for any time in day and night. But this will not be better as like early morning. So There is a proverb said that early to bed and early to rise. If you do this then this will do a drastic change in your body.

                        A labour haven’t need any type of exercise because his body is whole day active. But those who haven’t any physical work and live like a luxurious life then certainly he will have to give one to two hours for his body fitness.

Types and Tips of Some Important Exercise

                        Walking, Running, Yoga, Swimming, Cycling, House cleaning,Meditation (Vipassana). These are the best exercise. Walking should be done with mouth closed and keep focus on your breathing.

                        Earh is a largest source of earthing . we already know that without earthing light bulb never burn. According to that our body also demand earthing. So that we should also walk without any foot wear on soil. This will also protect our body and supply earthing.

                         In pranayam (1) Always do in open ground on a sitting mat. (2) Always close your eyes and mouth at the time on pranayam (3) Keep pranayam maximum slow breathing. (4) Always take rest 15 to 20 second if feel suffocation.

Precautions in Exercise

                        You should maintain your regularity in any circumstances.  If you do exercise only for thirty minutes or sixty minutes but it should be regular. If you give up excercise for a long time then this will give you a negative impacts upon your body.

                        You should also a gap of one day in all week to balance your body. Jym exercise is not suitable. After leaving the the jym i had seen most of the youngsters are facing joint pains and other types of pain in his body.

                        So I will advise that normal open ground exercise or yoga or pranayam is the best exercise. But if you do any type of mind exercises any type of meditation especially ( Vipassana) then it should be done in closed room with closed light.

Diet in Exercise

                          Your diet should be according to your job. If you are doing a hardworking job then you can include nonveg items and extra protein rich food. Otherwise homemade food is best for any health conscious person. Junk food. Coke, any type of paked food are the enemy of good health.

Conclusion

                           Our body is controlled by our mind so mind exercises are much more important in comparison to body exercises, but unfortunately people are not aware about that. According to best doctor  approx above 95% people need mental treatment.

                           Any type of exercise will gives you more blood circulation, more energy and boost up to your body. Walking, and and meditation should be done with mouth closed position. This will gives you great results.
