Running will definitely increase your asthma attack. So you should do brisk walking approx one hour with mouth shut up. This type of walking will give you lots of benefits in asthma attack after walking you should do some yoga and pranayam like Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, Bhramri (Humming) etc.
Original means own tree plant mango will be fruitful for your health. Patient should always use home made food item which should be easier to digest.
Non veg is also increase your asthma specially red meat, Fish will be better for asthmatic patient. Asthmatic patient should always alert form constipation because constipation will also increase your asthma
Asthmatic patient should always carefull in winter season. In this season constipation had incresed so automatically asthma will increase.
