Asthma is a chronic lung disease affecting people of all ages. Asthma is a condition in which your airways narrow and swell. Twenty six crore of population are affected from asthma around the world.
There may be lots of reason behind asthma in general case it comes due to genetically disorders and family Tubercular (T.B) History. This comes also due to accidentally history.

Running may be increasing your asthma attack. So, you should do brisk walking approx. one hour with mouth shut up. This walking will give you lots of benefits in asthma attack after walking you should do pranayama like Kapalawai, Anuloma villoma, Bhramhri etc.
Bhramhi pranayama will give you best results in asthma. You can do it two or three times in a day. Excessive exercise will also increase your asthma ratio. Some of the fruits may increase your attack yellow pumpkin also. Any type of tobacco consumption will also increase your asthma
