                      Food is medicine. As we intake food our thoughts will be outcome according to our food. There is a proverb  (jaisa khaoge ann waisa hoga mann). Food significantly impacts both our physical and mental well-being. The nutrients we consume through our diet influence our cognitive functions and behaviors, underscoring the idea that food acts as a form of medicine.

                      While non-vegetarian food can boost body functions and heart activity, excessive consumption might accelerate aging in younger individuals. It’s crucial to steer clear of market food supplements, as they often contain harmful, unhygienic ingredients designed to enhance taste and spiciness, potentially leading to various health issues.

               So that there are different types of disease increasing by day to day. Our food security is always busy in sleeping mode except one or two state. In our Bihar Food security is always busy in sleeping mode. 

Healthy Food

                   In generally Rice with pulse is the most powerful food called in our country. Prioritizing homemade food over processed market foods is essential for maintaining good health. Eating with a good appetite energizes the body, and it’s recommended to take small bites.                                 

                     Chewing each one around 30 times with a closed mouth. Drinking minimal water during meals and having a full glass of water about an hour and a half afterward is advisable. Protein-rich foods like self-prepared paneer (chhena) and Masroom, sprouted green gram, along with energy sources like boiled rice juice, are excellent dietary choices. Consuming homegrown mangoes can also benefit health and all homegrown any food item. Any type of tobacco product or any addiction  is injurious for health. 

                         

Conclusion

                       All home grown  seasonal fuits and vegitable are best for our health. Most important rules of healthy food is that never intake any type of food without hunger.                     

                       This is also very important that how we  should eat, and when we should eat. Not only what we are eating.  So that its very much important that we should avoid morning breakfast, and take full lunch as soon as possible in the morning. and dinner we should take before 06 PM to 07 PM.  

                        One important suggestion that never use dinning table for lunch or dinner or any type of food intake. Always intake food on ground level with sitting posture. Never se television or mobile on eating time.  The above instruction is normal instruction. I would like to give you a  best suggestion whenever you will not feel hunger Never eat anything.  never stop stool and urine feelling sudden this should be passed out. Always try to urinate within half an hour after day meal. 

                           In our country Just only 30 Years ago , Our food  was prepared on wood fire . which was very much healthy and tasy. As we had converted   towards LPG. we had gotten acidity and many more health issue. 

                        Your Health is mostly depend upon you vital force or you can say your genetic factor. some of the people have strong genetic factor. So they don`t have to take more attention on his diet. But if anybody have weak genetic factor they will have to give more attention on their diet. 

                      So, In generally. There are mostly two types of people available in our society. one is called slim boddy and other called fatty body. slim body will have to do less work for her body and fatty body will have to work very hard.
